24 hours turnaround:
Usually, wash & fold is 24 hours turnaround. For example, if you have arranged for your laundry to be pick up at 10 am, you can expect your laundry to be returned at 10 am the next day. There is no minimum order. There is no extra charge for the delivery within the delivery area. You can check if you are in the free delivery area here.
Express ( only available for Wash&fold )
We do offer an express service, which is a 10 hours turnaround. For example, if you have arrange for your laundry to be pick up at 10 am, you can expect your laundry to be returned at 8 pm the same day. Please keep in mind that the delivery time can only be within the business hours (8am – 10pm). Therefore, if you have arranged for your laundry to be pick up at 2 pm, your laundry will be returned at 11 am the next day.
For the express service, there is an extra charge of 200 baht per order. There is no minimum order.

The turnaround time is approximately 3-4 days. For example, if you have arranged for your laundry to be pick up on Monday, you can expect your laundry to be returned on Thursday or Friday.
Anything with fur, faux fur, leather or faux leather is required additional care. The additional cost will be added and we will notify you.
Delivery
There is no extra charge for the delivery within the free delivery area . The delivery charge outside the free delivery area is calculated as 10 Baht per km. The distance is calculated from our distribution center (located in thonglo 20) to your destination. We are not currently serving outside of Bangkok area.
Important Notice
The liability of either loss or damage of any kind will not exceed 10 times the service charge and the claim must be made to us within 24 hours.
We will not be liable for any color fading, shrinkage of articles, elastics damage or items left in the clothing.
